ドイツ人のライフスタイル

ドイツの人たちは法律で労働者の権利が強く守られています。
そのため、有給はすべて使いきります。
そして、病欠は無制限で有給消化対象ではありません。
残業は金銭かさらなる有給で補填しなければなりません。
仕事もコミットしてくれるかと思いきや
多少の遅れは気にしません。定時にすかさず帰ります。
そして金曜日は16時が定時です。(普段はもちろん17時)
彼らいわく、”ドイツ人は効率が良い”とのこと。

ちなみに日曜日は閉店法という法律でスーパーすら開いてません。
(一部のサービス業、飲食業はやってます)

かたや駐在員は「コストかかってんだからな」という名の下、
お盆休みはなく、正月休みはなく、日本が営業するクリスマスは出勤と・・・。
今日も日曜なのに、会社ですが、何か?

彼らにとって、仕事は人生の一部分でしかないわけです。


German workers are protected labor rights strongly by German law.
That's why they spend paid holiday all on themselves.
In addition, sick leave is not counted as paid holiday and sick leave is not limited.
If they work overtime, the company have to cover extra fee or extra holiday.
(I envy them)

Because they always come to their home at the fixed time.
On Monday to Thursday, regular fixed time is 17:00 o'clock.
On Friday, regular fixed time is 16:00 o'clock.
They said, "we always work efficiently".

FYI, On Sunday, all supermarkets close due to law of the closed store.
(partly restaurant and service store are open)

For expatriate employee, the situation is completely different.
Our human cost is not so cheep.(Manager pressure on me)
Of course, I don't have Bon vacation, New year vacation and Christmas vacation...
Today is also Sunday, but I am here!! (Now I am in the office)

For German workers, "working" is one of them.
